My name is David Weidman and I am a professionally trained Chef - specializing in unique pastries and desserts which incorporate the greatest flavors from around the world. 

 

What makes my products different is not only the quality of the ingredients  - like real butter, Tahitian vanilla beans and French and Belgian chocolate -  but also the use of organic seasonal produce from the local farmers' markets.

 

Please try some of my more esoteric flavors such as Thai Iced Tea Cheesecake, White Chocolate Cheesecake with Jasmine Essence, and Salted Caramel Cheesecake.
